Tasks:
Task #1 - Use the Lighthouse Pathfinder & print resources (encyclopedias, books, pamphlets, etc.) to research your lighthouse. Use the Lighthouse Fact Worksheet to help organize your notes. Task #2 - Make a North Carolina lighthouse trading card using Microsoft Word. This trading card should include a picture of your lighthouse and facts about your lighthouse. Task # 3 - Paint a picture of your lighthouse. Task # 4 - Write a one page expository report on your lighthouse and type it using Microsoft Word. |

You can use Destiny to search Woodland's catalog for library resources on lighthouses or go to Destiny Quest and see a resource list that Mrs. Crutchfield has already put together. The Lighthouse Pathfinder can help you to more effectively research your lighthouse on the Internet. |
